From 26th to 31st October 2025, the Mumbai Port Authority and the Mumbai Port Sustainability Foundation welcomed the public into the heart of Mumbai Port as part of India Maritime Week. This year’s program introduced a captivating highlight — the Sea Tour, offering participants a rare chance to witness port operations directly from the water and discover the scale and significance of India’s maritime infrastructure.

Centre of Excellence on ESG & Circularity (Mumbai Port Sustainability Foundation) has signed a MoU with Mumbai Port Authority and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited for the development of a Green Fuel Ecosystem at Mumbai Port. The primary reason for this MoU is to facilitate collaboration and cooperation among the parties to develop a sustainable and environmentally friendly fuel ecosystem at Mumbai Port. This initiative aims to reduce the port's carbon footprint, promote the use of green energy, and create a circular economy.

For Improving Environmental Sustainability in Major Ports a MoU has been signed between Mumbai Port Sustainability Foundation and Indian Ports Association.
